Large order from PLAZA Synchron GmbH:
The order placed by PLAZA Synchron of Munich / Germany for the supply and installation of 13 MAMBA and 14 VIPER systems went smoothly and was completed on time. The systems were approved by the client in the second week of April. View Tronics expresses its thanks to Studiotechnik Rolf Mehlhase in Schondorf / Germany for the successful and professional co-operation, and looks forward to further joint projects in the future.

This year View Tronics aims to extend its international profile significantly. Consequently professional sales and marketing partners experienced in the video industry are being sought world-wide.
 
New VIPER Digital Disc Recorder Flyer
The new flyer for the VIPER digital disc recorder is available from April 2000. Containing details of the technical specifications of both the basic model and also the additional options available, the material can be obtained directly from View Tronics. Successful Participation at the NAB, Las Vegas From 10th to 13th April View Tronics exhibited at the NAB show in Las Vegas. The show was deemed a complete success for the company. Many new contacts were made, in particular to potential new sales and marketing partners from various countries around the world. As these contacts are further developed View Tronics will be moving rapidly towards its goal of significantly increasing its world-wide activities this year.
View Tronics has already indicated its commitment to participate in NAB 2001.
 
Participation at the IBC in Amsterdam / The Netherlands
View Tronics will exhibit at the IBC show in Amsterdam in September 2000. The company will use the opportunity to present new product developments in the area of video and multimedia to the world market. Specific details of what can be expected will be revealed in the summer of this year at the latest.
 
VMOD 100 Plus Compatibility
By popular request amongst clients View Tronics is, with immediate effect, providing VMOD 100 plus (version 188p) compatibility for the VIPER. The corresponding software update is available from View Tronics.
 
Wilfried Oertel Joins the Development Team
View Tronics' video division was further strengthened in March when Wilfried Oertel joined the software development team. Wilfried Oertel has a masters degree in electrical engineering and extensive development experience gathered both in Germany and abroad. We wish Wilfried Oertel great success with the rest of the View Tronics team.
 
Klaus Grzeskowiak Becomes Sales Manager for Germany
With effect of April 2000 Klaus Grzeskowiak has taken over responsibility for sales and marketing of View Tronics products and services in Germany. With a masters degree in engineering he also has extensive experience in the video and audio industry as well as in studio technology. Klaus Grzeskowiak will not simply sell products but will provide View Tronics clients with professional consultancy in, for example, network solutions and integration projects. We are confident that, by virtue of his experience and character, Klaus Grzeskowiak will soon win the respect of our clients, and thus make a significant contribution to the further development of View Tronics. We wish him much success!
